Fabric Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for a Fabric Technician to join a leading UK service provider on a healthcare contract based in Taunton, working on a 12 month fixed term contract on a full time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering PPMs and reactive maintenance across the contract. Duties: * Fabric maintenance of building. * Carpentry work. * Fabric project work, lifecycle, variations and minor works. * Utilise the BMS as a tool in controlling and monitoring mechanical plant. * Ensures compliance with all contractual, HBN and HTM requirements for all areas of responsibility. * Detailed understanding and control of the CAFM system. * Ensure individual & supply chain compliance with control sheets / instructions. * Inspect fire doors in accordance with schedule and undertake repairs as required. * Liaise with WPA staff as and when required during the coordination of planned and reactive activities. * Maintain all records associated with delivering the service ensuring faults are repaired in accordance with the contract requirements. * Participate in the On Call process. * Works to be carried out with diligence, competence and in a manner that ensures customer expectations are met at all times.
