Job Description

An independent surveying and valuation practice are now hiring residential surveyors nationwide to meet increasing demand for mortgage valuations. AssocRICS or MRICS residential surveyors are able to operate on a consultancy, straight fee split basis with the benefit of a consistent, balanced workload and flexibility. There is the opportunity to work from 2 up to 5 days a week according to individual preference. The positions are on a consultancy basis and will therefore require PI insurance. The nature of the work will almost entirely feature bank and building society valuations, with potential for occasion Homebuyer reports. Experienced candidates based in major cities across England will be considered.
