O&M Planner

My client is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Planner for their office near Camden To be considered you must have experience in maintenance management on apartment blocks and have excellent customer service experience You must be familiar with Industry Standards and Management software and have been involved in budget management and cost control. My client is a leading M&E Sub contractor specialising in HV, LV and Residential contracts. Duties include: Corrective and preventative maintenance scheduling. Planning and coordinating maintenance activities. Day to day responsibility for responding to clients within the specific assigned regions. Accountable for the regions day to day scheduling. Liaise and update both internal and external clients. Liaising with subcontractors. Liaising with suppliers. Travelling to your aligned region as and when required to provide updates. Produce the annual Preventative Maintenance plan. Management, control and fulfilment of O&M maintenance plan. Organise the weekly Rota of Field Service Engineers, Management of the CMMS; including management of the tickets issued by the CMMS until positive resolution. Tracking and updating clients on progress on specific works/projects. Understanding of contractual obligations.Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role. Demonstrable experience of O&M business including planning/quarterly planning etc. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with the sense of urgency. Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others. Some procurement experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Experience in the use of CMMS to input data, research parts, schedule maintenance, and extract reports. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise. Driven to succeed and very focused. Excellent work ethic. Strong attention to detail. Able to work in a team. Strong analytical skills.Qualifications: Electrical Background advantageous or other similar planning background.
