General Operatives

BMSL are looking for experienced and reliable General operatives to join our team for a long-term contract in Reading (RG7). We are looking for motivated individuals with skills in; * Manual handling * General housekeeping * Teamworking abilities * Listening skills * Problem solving Anyone with experience in labouring, warehousing, and manual roles ideal but not required. Excellent Opportunities - Long duration of work- 3 years minimum Working hours are between 07:30- 17:30. 47.5 hour working week 2x 30mins breaks a day (1 paid) Salary: £11.05 per hour Responsibilities: * Supporting trades * Maintaining the site * Moving materials * Clearing and cleaning * General labouring duties Transport is required due to location of site There is NO public transport to site. BMSL will fund your CSCS training and card if you do not have one. You will be required to undertake at no cost to you a pre-placement Drugs and Alcohol Test together with Standard Disclosure Criminal record check we will also require a 3 year work history.
