Graduate Quantity Surveyor (Capital Allowances)

Graduate Capital Allowances Surveyor required to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding Consultancy in Cardiff. THE COMPANY My client is a growing Consultancy who works with clients across a range of sectors within the Property market. They have two regional offices and operate across the UK offering clients a bespoke and specialist service. They also have plans to open further regional offices and expand the business further and have excellent training available to all staff. THE CANDIDATE • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Accounting / Finance • Articulate, professional and client facing • A desire to progress as a Capital Allowances Surveyor • Strong communication skills • Able to prove eligibility to work in the UK THE ROLE • Cost planning • Building contract documentation cost analysis • Company accounts additions cost analysis • Providing building contract procurement advice for tax purposes • Providing design audit advice for buildings for tax purposes • Preparation of investment and property valuation reports for capital allowances purposes for clients • Identifying and attracting new clients by arranging visits and explaining the benefits of capital allowances to investors in Real Estate • Analysing fixed asset additions to identify expenditure qualifying for capital allowances • Being involved in a range of capital allowances advisory work including land remediation, transaction planning and technical advisory work • Preparing client pitches and client presentations • Co-ordinating the capital allowances due diligence process on acquisitions and disposals of Real Estate INTERESTED?
