Construction Project Manager - Data Centre

Our Client is Seeking an Experienced construction Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-value projects in the Data Centre sector. Due to business expansion our client has several exciting new opportunities specialising in the design, installation, and commissioning of Tier 3&4 Data Centres throughout in the UK and Europe. We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive construction & M&E knowledge, able to oversee all aspects of both new build and refurbishment projects. Candidates should have an engineering, structural & technical background to deal with all aspects of a project. Qualifications & Experience: 5 + years construction industry Must have previous track record of delivering high-value projects, Experience managing construction Data centres projects. German Speaking (Preferred but not required)Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be an experienced data centre specialist able to manage projects from cradle to grave up to and including Tier 4 Data Centre New Builds. Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and specification parameters whilst also maximising revenue. Undertake contract negotiation as required. Provide regular progress feedback to Project Director This role will combine office and site-based project management
