Fitter Team Leader

Role: Fitter Team Leader Area Covered: Heathrow Salary: c£27,000 basic, + overtime + additional benefits ROLE – Fitter Team Leader I am currently recruiting for a leading global provider of temporary accommodation and site cabins. They are looking to recruit a Fitter Team Leader to manage a small team of operatives, whilst also being hands on in helping to deliver works on time, ensuring that productivity and quality of works is kept high. This will predominantly focus on their cabin and temporary accommodation units, so a background in cabins would be seen as advantageous. The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent experience as a fitter in a previous role * Demonstratable skills in leading and motivating others * Be a strong communicator * Strong problem-solving skills * Experience of leading a team and being accountable for a team’s performance * Excellent attention to detail * Passion for operational excellence and ability to work efficiently and effectively * Ideally and NVQ Level 2 in Portable/Modular Building Installation and Dismantling If this position is of interest and you would like to apply, please submit a CV
