Construction Site Manager

Our client, a well established commercial building contractor, is looking to recruit a site manager on a contract basis. The right candidate will be responsible for the day to day running and management of commercial construction sites; * Supervising the labour force * Monitoring and managing subcontractors * Carryout toolbox talks * Take responsibility for H&S * Checking in and management of materials * Inspecting work from both direct labour & Subcontractors * Overseeing quality control * Overseeing budget control We are looking for someone with experience of site management of commercial properties, renovations, new build, extensions etc... Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
