Multi Skilled Trade Operative Social Housing

Multi Skilled Tradesman required to work with leading social housing maintenance divison based in the Black Country. Black Country based housing association requires experience multi skilled tradesman to assist with planned and day to day reactive repairs on council properties. Company van and tools are provided. Working hours are from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work available. The ideal candidate will have the following: NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in carpentry, plumbing or plastering. Trade pride in their work. Full UK driving licence. 5 years minimum experience in one selected trade as well being a versitile all rounder.
