Newly Qualified Architect | London | Award-Winning RIBA Chartered Practice
Salary: £28,000-£40,000 (Based on experience)
An award-winning client of ours has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Newly Qualified Architect to join their chartered practice based in the bustling heart of the Capital.
There has never been a more exciting time to join this firm, as due to a recent surge in successful projects they are looking to take on an ambitious newly-qualified Architect. They are renowned for creating some of the most beautiful designs in the country, whilst also ensuring their clients are provided with the very best service and care. They achieve this by implementing their famous philosophy, that each project is specific to the needs of the client and that the most important aspect of any project is listening to client's needs. Since establishing the Practice, a variety of work has been undertaken, ranging from Sustainable Social Housing, Estate Regenerations, Community Architecture, Private Housing, Flexi Care, Supported Housing and Assisted Independent Living Housing for Older Persons.

To be a Newly Qualified Architect you must:
Be Part 3 qualified.
Be eligible to work in the UK.
Have 1-2+ years' post-qualification experience in practice and a full understanding of the UK building regulations.
Have on-site experience and building control submission experience of the UK system.
Have the initiative to work successfully as an individual but also able to work as a team.
Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Whilst working as a Newly Qualified Architect you will be:
Liaising with other clients, contractors and other work professionals.
Ensuring that all deadlines are met to a high standard of work.
Working predominantly in key residential sectors.
