Freelance Site Manager

Due to an ever-increasing number of recent project wins, this dynamic and forward-thinking contractor are looking to add to their operational team with the addition of a Freelance Site Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. This position will see you as number one on site operationally, looking after a c£2m industrial project for c60 weeks. For the best chance of success with your application you will need to have experience in site management as number one on site, ideally for a main contractor in South Wales or the South West. You will hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications and be able to communicate well and be self-motivated to deliver the requirements of your role. As well as the required technical skills and experience, this project is in close proximity to the client so you will be required to communicate with them constantly and be a strong presence on site and in progress meetings.
