Team Leader - Surveying Permanent £££ Competitive Berkshire Your new company An exciting role has arisen with a Public Sector organisation in Berkshire. My client is now able to recruit for a permanent Surveying Manager to join them. This is a key position in their senior management team and involves the oversight of the planned investment programme. Your new role Working with an established team alongside other senior managers, you will head up a team of surveyors and will have responsibility for a substantial annual budget. Ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and to budget, you will be experienced at cost saving, performance monitoring and making sure people resources are used effectively. The stock conditions database needs to be maintained regularly so you will ensure this is completed. Another important part of your role will be to make sure CDM Regs are adhered to at all times and projects are compliant. What you'll need to succeed You will have worked in a similar role previously where you have managed 4 + staff members. People Leadership will come naturally to you and you enjoy this aspect of your role. You will be used to managing multiple external stakeholders and will be competent at preparing specifications and schedules for works. You will have a surveying background and public sector experience is a bonus.
