QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED FOR SHELL & CORE / STRUCTURES CONTRACTOR BASED IN ESSEX*** Do you have experience in shell & core / structures? Are you an accomplished Quantity Surveyor that has the ability to work self-sufficiently on your own projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? A company with a history of successfully delivering projects to both main contractors and clients directly is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in the sectors they operate within. This is due to scheduled growth before lockdown in which they have expanded their Head Office and are now looking to add to their Commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects up to £10m in value with works including shell & core, facades, structures, groundworks, underpinning, etc. They pride themselves in being a specialist in this sector and their ability to undertake the most challenging of projects.
