Assistant Site Manager - Regional House Builder

A Kent based Regional House Builder based is seeking an outstanding Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a development of 96 units in Rainham, Kent. They build a mixture of developments from 1-bedroom flats through to 4/5 bedroom detached units and the site you will join will be Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be able to manage programmes, read site drawings, conduct site inductions, lead sub-contractor meetings, will have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations HBF Standards.
