Job Summary Assisting a team leader in the daily upkeep and maintenance of various residential development sales and marketing/show areas in the Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London area all to a very high standard Specific skills/experience required Previous maintenance experience is essential. Any qualifications required - CSCS Card. CRB checks may be carried out. Full clean driving licence is essential. NVQ in Horticulture 1 and 2 is an advantage. Be polite and courteous always and any reasonable tasks requested by the Team leader or Line Manager. Monday to Friday 7:00 - 16:30 but must be flexible and must be prepared to work overtime Holiday entitlement 20 days plus Bank Holidays Immediate start.
