Konnect recruit are currently recruiting for a freelance commercial Fit out manager. Our Client are a well-established and highly reputable business who specialise in Fit Out and refurbishment projects across the commercial, retail and leisure industries interior fit out would include – Flooring, drywalling, painting, furniture and bath room fitouts – some MEP experience also useful. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record with a similar project and similar value of £5M Key responsibilities would include: -Preconstruction -Site planning -Being able to ensure day to day running of the site team from start of the project to completion and handover
