Performance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Manager who would be responsible for ensuring the Senior Management Team are provided within accurate and timely data and reports to allow informed business decisions to be made and improve performance. Previous contract performance experience as well as experience of managing others is essential. Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 Based in Beckton, E6 7AB (Armada Way) The successful candidate will have; Knowledge of Highways would be advantageous Proven experience in managing contract compliance, including management of KPIs Lead Auditor training would be desirable Ability to communicate effectively within all mediums An ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage conflicting and changing priorities An understanding of risk management principles and its application to mitigate commercial and business risk Possess competent IT skills including the ability to adapt to various software (Excel - Advanced ie Pivots, Vlookups) You would be responsible for; Line management of the performance team Ensuring that the SLT are provided continual visibility of contract performance Improving operational performance by providing performance data and through process improvements Developing, implementing & monitoring processes and procedures that achieve business objectives Ensuring KPI's are captured and reported both internally and externally Lead on the Contract reporting Cycle producing high quality reports Custodian of the Contract Risk Register, liaising with action owners to minimise risk Leading on the internal and external audit schedule Ensuring the depot and office compliance calendars are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure legal complianceAs an equal opportunities employer, should you require any reasonable adjustments to be made as part of the application process please contact us directly.
