Regional Director- Groundworks

I’m looking to recruit the above for my client in Oxfordshire. You’ll be responsible for the performance of a number of sites in the locality and will also be heavily involved in client liaison, quality and health and safety. My client is one of the largest specialist groundworks contractors in the UK and has a strong reputation for delivery and quality. The turnover of the group is around £200 m per annum and this is growing year on year. This contractor expects the best from their staff- they have their good name to uphold- but you will be well rewarded for this both financially and as far as your career is concerned. You’ll need IT proficiency and to be well presented and able to communicate at all levels. You will be involved with contracts from conception and planning through to completion and will run the region 'like your own business'. I am only interested in candidates with a background in groundworks subcontracting. You will also need a stable track record of performance and achievement. Residential and commercial groundworks experience are both important skillsets. You will be involved in looking after existing and bringing in new clients so a network of contacts will give you a distinct advantage .Please contact me directly for a confidential discussion.
