Painter and Decorator

OVERVIEW * £130 per day. * Contract/Temporary position. * Based in the Leeds/Brighouse area. * You will be working on new build housing. * Properties include flats and houses and work is estimated on price. THE JOB The work will include, but is not limited to: * New build housing. * Flat refurbishments. * Commercial properties. THE PERSON * Must have previous experience within painting and decorating. * Qualified with an NVQ or C&G certificate. * Fully conversant with the relevant H&S legislation. * Locally based is preferred. * Must have a CSCS card. * Own brushes and tools needed. * Must have your own transport to get to and from site. * Flexible, motivated and a good communicator. * An organised problem solver. * Able to work alone or as part of a team. BENEFITS & REWARDS * OTE of £750/£1000 weekly. * Bonus is available if targets are met. * Overtime. THE COMPANY An exciting opportunity has arisen for contracted/temporary painter and decorators to work on a new build housing project. This company is new trading but has an established name within the sector. They work in the new build housing industry and have commercial contracts as well. They are looking for a mid-August start and depending on performance you will be offered more work as contracts get released.
