Job Role - Mobile Electrician Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 Location - The offices are located in Islington but the majority of their work is in East London. Important Information - Ideally you will need your own van! The client is either happy to give you a contribution towards a van if not or a van can be sorted out but if you have your own van the salary you recieve will be higher. _____________________________________________________________________ My Client are a property maintenance company based in Islington and have been trading since December 2009. They are currently working with many local estate agents and property management companies as well as private landlords. They are currently looking for an electrician to work with their residential clients in the East London area. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8-5. As an electrician you will be working in both occupied and unoccupied properties in London. This will involve working on a mobile basis between properties, mainly in the East London area. Duties * Reactive maintenance * Re-wires * Fault finding * 1st and 2nd fix * Testing and inspection * Signing off work (using companies NICEIC registration) * Liaising with clients What you'll need to succeed * You will require experience in working as a maintenance electrician in residential property. * You will also Electrical installationsTesting & inspection (2391 etc.) * Ability to sign off own work * Good communication skills What you'll get in return * You will receive a Permanant Position with a top residential maintenance contractor, who have big plans to expand in the near future. * You will also recieve a salary of between £25,000 - £35,000 What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now
