Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED FOR SPECIALIST CIVILS CONTRACTOR BASED IN LUTON*** Do you have the ability to operate self-sufficiently as a Quantity Surveyor managing a portfolio of work? Have you got previous experience working on general civils schemes? Are you able to use the JCT, NEC and bespoke forms of contract? If you answered yes to the above, please read on! We are currently working with a contractor who is going through an exciting period in which they are looking to freshen up the Commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor. This will be working under your own self-direction and control reporting to the Commercial Director. Another Quantity Surveyor will be working in the same team. Overall, the successful Quantity Surveyor could be managing up to 15 projects at any time valued between £30k-1.5m each.
