Job Description

Our Client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who employ over 2,000 professionals with annual revenues of over €770m and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are seeking a CSA Supervisor to be based on a project in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for – * Managing Site Safety and Site QA in conjunction with the Safety Advisor and the Project Manager including set up, management and close out of file * Managing all costs associated with your package with support of the Project QS * Managing of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineer / Architect and the Client requirements * Managing day to day site operations * Managing sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensuring that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractor * Attending Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings * Issuing Daily Report to the Project Manager and weekly safety stats & project labour projections * Holding weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and costs issued to the client * Ensuring change management is handled correctly * Reviewing drawings and setting out details * Producing builders works drawings for services * Carrying out, distributing & closing out CSA snags You will need – * A trade background with relevant work experience / or relevant qualification * To be fluent in English * Over 5 years previous experience in a Supervision role with a proven record of coordinating and managing large projects * Data Centre experience is highly desirable
