Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role: The successful candidate will work alongside the current project management team assisting in several aspects of contract support from initial contact to job completion. Principle Duties:  Client/supplier liaison  Project programming/organisation/delivery  Sales & purchases  Managing/up-dating company records  Able to commute to and from our head office Person Specification  Highly organised  Extreme attention to detail  Hard working  Determined  Committed Experience:  Understanding of current techniques/tools/procedures  Knowledge of the construction/facility maintenance industries Skills:  Competent in excel & general good IT/software knowledge  Ability to communicate effectively at all levels  Numerate/methodical  Excellent time management  Ability to multi task/prioritise work load
