Site Manager - Residential apartment Internals/Fit Out experience Main Contractor, Manchester £50,000-£55,000 + Package A UK main contractor delivering a signature residential apartment scheme requires a Site Manager with Residential New Build Apartment experience, specifically to co-ordinate and manager Internals/Fit Out program for the building through to Practical Completion in Qtr 4 2021. There is excellent opportunity for career progression as well future pipeline of projects to get you to move onto in the coming years. We are looking for a proven Site Management professional with experience working for a Main contractor, Developer/Principal Contractor with significant knowledge and project experience delivering 100 unit approx residential apartment schemes.
