Project Manager

The client are a leading specialist in Modular Build. Projects include Data Centres and Healthcare Modular builds working for large clients including a high percentage of repeat business. They work across the UK. Projects are individually valued between £5-15 million. They have experienced growth over the last few years and due to an ever increasing order book now have an exciting opportunity for an Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The main duties for the role will be to Project lead from conception to final handover. Programming for the Project using Asta Manage to liaise with onsite Site Managers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of projects on site. Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to. Oversee the manufacture and installation of Modular projects. Working closely with the Procurement team and Senior Project Managers. The successful candidate will likely have a Construction related degree, you will have several years' experience in Construction, working on multi million pound projects and have programming and Project Management experience You will need to have a driving licence and be prepared to travel when required.
