They offer a regular performance and development reviews aimed at encouraging feedback and fostering growth. Also an in-house training academy offering training and education programmes to all employees across the business, including technical, professional and ILM accredited management training courses. Taliored salary and benefits package is alos on offer. The successful candidate will derive from a main civil engienering contracting backgorund coupled with a stable employment record. Previous exposure to working on civil engineering projects such as highways, rail, airports up to £25m in value would be advantagous.
