Project Manager - Civils

Civils contractor with a strong reputation requires a Project Manager as a result of recent project awards. The initial scheme to work on is civil engineering at a National Grid substation, where the contractor is responsible for a range of activies covering groundworks and earthworks including: * Reinforced Concrete bases * Trenches * Foundations * Excavation * Backfills * Ducting The Project Manager will run these pieces of work, making sure all activies are carried out according to client requirements, in accordance with health and safety, on time and within budget. As well as overseeing the programming of works, the Project Manager will also act as the client interface and be expected to attend project meetings. Requirements: * Experience as a Project Manager running civils jobs, such as groundworks, earthworks, foundations or RC bases * Background working on substation, utilities, roads, drainage schemes or other projects where there is a considerable amount of below and ground-level civil engineering * Qualification in civil engineering An excellent opportunity to grow with the business as they win further works!
