Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out

Intermediate QS A Tier 1 Contractor based in South London, is seeking an ambitious Intermediate QS to join them and work as part of their team on projects based both in the London fit out market and internationally. You will be an intermediate QS with 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role (scheme values may be lower). You will work across the Central London and international portfolio which includes: Superior specification residential Commercial office spaces High profile public spacesIdeal candidates will have: 2-3 years experience working as a QS or Assistant QS At least some tender stage experience Strong understanding of project life cycles from tender stage to hand over and completion of final accounts. Knowledge of JCT and NEC3 for of contract Knowledge of value engineering Procurement experience Material take off, labour management and BOQ experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, thriving and internationally recognised main contracting business with over 30 years of industry pedigree and gain invaluable experience and training at the highest level.
