Job Description
We Staff are currently searching for an experienced Customer Facing, Accounts Assistant with Sage Software experience. This is for a prestigious client of ours based in Welwyn Garden City who deal with construction and industrial supplies.
About the job:
* Working hours are 8am to 4pm, overtime may be required during busy periods.
* Salary: £25,000 to £30,000pa.
* Must be able to drive.
* Must have Sage predominantly or Xero experience
* Permanent contract
Duties:
* Dealing with accounting Software (sage)
* Customer facing, Answering phone calls, General admin duties, filing, opening post, booking travel etc.
* Managing social media, updating and posting business activities.
* Help organise trade shows and events.
* Meet and greet customers and arrange lunches if necessary.
* Other office tasks assigned the Managing Director/Operations Director.
Sage:
* Load customer PO’s and send acknowledgements
* Despatch goods
* Generate invoices
* Run MRP
* Place PO’s with suppliers and follow up deliveries
* Manage suppliers
