CONTRACT MANAGER Product Knowledge: Flat roofing Sales Area / Based: Northwest Salary / Package: 42k to 45k Our Client Our client is an expanding and leading Roofing Contractor who is currently looking for an up and coming Contract Manager to cover a northwest territory. The successful candidate will require a background in flat roofing whether it be site management, roofing foreman, overseeing projects focusing on risk assessment, materials, time frames, application, etc. An organised and ambitious individual with an eye for detail who can communicate at all levels and be an influential part of a team. Duties: * Manage multiple sites. * Oversee maintaining budget. * Ordering materials. * Implementing a high standard of health and safety across all project sites. * Managing resources, including labour and sub-contractors, to support end to end delivery of projects. * Delivering on-time roofing construction projects. * Preparing risk assessments & method statements. Skills: * Strong background in roofing. * Strong organisational skills. * Strong understanding of all aspects of the contracting process. * Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written. * Well-organised and proactive.
