THE COMPANY: This company is a well established Building Services Contractor based in Nottinghamshire. Having been established for over 30 years, it has grown from a small family run electrical contracting business, to a leading Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor operating across multiple sectors across The Midlands. THE ROLE: As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will require you to work on a wide range of projects throughout the UK. You will be involved; procurement, costing and agreements of variations to contracts. You will be working alongside a more experienced Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager who you will be continually learning from. THE PERSON: The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have an understand of Mechanical and Electrical Building and be keen to learn, develop and apply themselves to a new role.
