Job Description

he successful candidate will be responsible for managing Repair and Maitenance within the region

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Proven experience of working in the building trade with a specialism such as plumbing or carpentry
  • Minimum 7 years building experience
  • Line manage operations to carry out repair maintenance duties
  • Have a good all round knowledge of building works and relevant skill sets to enable you to support the maintenance operative’s, to include practical help such as plumbing and carpentry works
  • Ensure the quality of works carried out by external suppliers is of an acceptable standard
  • Excellent time management, administrative and organisational skills
  • A full driving licence and access to a car
