Fit-Out Manager Whitehall, London £50,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE Ahsbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Fit-Out Manager to join main contractor working on a landmark project in Whitehall, London. This mixed-use scheme comprising of 85 residential units and 5* Hotel is one of the most prestigious projects in the City. They’re recruiting for Fit-Out managers on a permanent basis with the following experience: * 3 years’ experience as a high-end residential fit-out manager. * Experience managing the overall fit-out process – from drylining 1st fix to M&E 1st fix, carpentry through to decoration and commission through to snagging. * Proven track record of managing subcontractors on a daily basis. * Have a good understanding of programme of works and programme sequence.
