Job Description

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor/Assistant Site Manager Do you have experience working within groundworks & civil engineering on new build developments? BCS Connect are currently searching for an experienced Site Supervisor/Assistant Site Manager for our client, a well-established, market leading Groundworks & Civil Engineering Contractor. This company carry out work on behalf of new build housing developers within the Midlands and surrounding area's and have great relationships with there customers which results in repeat business time and time again. This is a permanent opportunity with an interview process to be taken place for the right candidates. The ideal candidate for this project will have a strong background in groundworks and civil engineering and also have a good knowledge on housing developments. The role will involve: * Maintaining health and safety standards on site * Keep cost control in line with project specifications * Ensuring deadlines are met * Management of sub-contractors and site operatives * Liaising and building good relationships with clients Requirements for the role: * Experience and in-depth knowledge of groundworks and new build housing * Good communication skills, self-starter and good management skills * SMSTS or SSSTS qualification * CSCS Card * Full UK driving licence * 1st Aid How to apply?
