Yard Manager- Formwork

I am looking for a Yard Manager/Foreman/Woman to work with my client near Kettering. They are a specialist contractor in the RC frame and groundworks industries and turnover is currently at close to £100 m per annum. They have a healthy order book now and in the future and need the aforementioned to look after their yard. It is essential that you have experience of managing a busy formwork yard as you will be responsible for the logistics management of formwork to and from sites, repair and maintenance of formwork, day to day management of the yard and it's employees and the smooth running of all related plant and materials. Knowledge of all current formwork systems is essential and without this your application will not be considered. This role is a challenging one- you'll be busy and challenged every day- but the salary is a good one for such a position. My client is aware of the key operational importance of this position and is happy to pay the right amount to get the right individual on board. Although the role is advertised up to 40 k per annum there is room for negotiation.
