Senior Project Manager- Facade Contractor

A leading facade contractor is actively recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This facade contractor is currently going from strength to strength, winning numerous contracts over the past year, they have 5 projects due to start. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be overseeing a £3.5m facade package in London Bridge, this is a modular build project. All windows will be installed in a factory in Luton before going on site where the rainscreen and curtain walling is to be installed on site. You will also be overseeing a £1.5m Curtain wall & window project in East London. Due to the nature of this work, we need a Senior Project Manager from a facade contractor and someone who has experience in managing multiple & similar schemes. Some of your duties will include; * Managing multiple site managers * Client facing * Weekly update meetings * Hands on approach * Driving the projects on This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing facade contractor, who have £20m+ work on at the moment.
