Internals Site Manager

My client is a residential developer involved with a large RC frame project in Northwest London. They are looking for an experienced Internals Site Manager on a long term basis to start on Monday 20th July 2020. Details of the role are as follows: The role will require someone to be responsible for for their own core of 60-80 units, from 1st fix to completion They require someone who can hit the ground running, who has extensive previous experience of managing internals on apartments, for a large developer, on a multi unit residential scheme. You will need to have a high level of technical ability and knowledge of internal and finishing works on apartments You need to be able to use Excel, be able to call off materials, create snagging lists using photos, be able to programme and be able to manage quality control. Working as part of a strong project team. CSCS, SMSTS and First aid are required. £250 per day on a freelance basis Parking is available on site References will be required and interviews will take place w.c 13th July.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked for a medium/large residential developer recently.
