Job Description

My client is a medium sized, privately owned residential developer who are now looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the project team on a scheme of 120 apartments in SW London. Details of the job are as follows: of 120 units, 16 are finished and around 100 will be under construction, both private and HA, 5 storeys over 7 blocks. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running, and who has previous solid experience on managing internals and finishings for large developers, on multi unit developments like this one. The role will be managing internals from 1st/2nd fix, pre decs, snagging, final finishings, through to "white card" and handover. The process will involve taking photos of snags, uploading and co-ordinating trades to rectify the work. You will have full and proven experience in scheduling, sequencing, and problem solving. Starting in around a months time, there will be an interview process and a permanent job offered within 3 months, if all progresses well - paying £40-45k on a permanent basis. £(Apply online only) per day on a freelance basis, strictly dependent on experience.
