Client Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager in Solihull on behalf of the Council, this will be on a contracting basis (Inside IR35) for an initial 6 months with the review to extend for a further 18th Months. You will be required to deliver a prestigious commercial Grade A office development within the town centre on behalf of the Client, stakeholders and design team, to manage the delivery of a SCAPE construction using the NEC3 option A, Design and Build contract. The project involved working from RIBA Stage 4-7 on a call-off basis. The project manager will be required to manage the project on behalf of the client to achieve the project objectives, milestones and deliverables. Requirements - Demonstrable project management experience and knowledge gained from successfully managing multiple and complex projects especially around building construction infrastructure and development in excess of £40 million Knowledge of construction (Design and management regulations 2015) Experience at management level in project planning, programming and contract management using NEC3 Construction contracts. Knowledge/experience of NEC3, option A construction contracts required. Experience of SCAPE partner/commissioning would be desirable.
