Architectural Technologist Reference: KOCD83KJBRO Location: County Durham Salary: Up to £25,000 dependant on experience A successful practice based in County Durham has a fantastic new opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join their medium sized team of Architects, Technical staff and designers. As part of this role you will be working on a variety of projects across the Industrial, Housing, Education, Care and Sports sectors. For this role you must have proficient working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. To work as an Architectural Technologist you must have: A qualification at minimum to degree within an Architectural based subject. At least 2+ years UK based experience working as an Architectural Technician/Technologist. Good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Sound knowledge of UK building regulations/ producing and submitting planning applications. Strong technical and design skills as demonstrated throughout your Portfolio.Working as an Architectural Technologist you will be: Partaking in the running of projects. Liaising with clients and the design teams. Playing a key role in the development of design proposals and involvement in project development across all work stages.
