Mechanical Contracts Manager - Residential Bedfordshire £45,000 to £55,000 per annum plus package IFJ4071 Our client is looking for an experienced mechanical contracts manager to take responsibility for the delivery of M&E services to new build residential developments. The company is an established contractor with a turnover between £3 to £5 million per annum. The company is looking for an experienced individual that is strong within a client facing situation who can manage multiple sites. The ability to form relationships with residential contractors is essential. This role would suit someone who can manage an established operation, expand the client base and increase the company turnover. The ideal candidate will have a steady and stable work history. The candidate must have previous residential new build experience and have worked for developers / housebuilders. The ideal candidate will be mechanically biased with a good knowledge of electrical and a proven track record of M&E installation. The candidate must have up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
