Quantity Surveyor / Cost Management Location: SE1 (Central London) Synopsis: An award-winning construction consultancy who invest heavily in their staff is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on commercial & high-end residential projects Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (car allowance, bonus, healthcare, pension) About the company This national company is an award-winning construction consultancy that has also been voted one of the best places to work in construction. They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has a few years of experience to work on leading build projects in and around London. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will probably have previous experience on high end residential and/or commercial or other private sector projects. You will be proactive and sharp. You will want to work in a forward-thinking and driven organisation. You will enjoy working as part of a team with fellow construction professionals and with clients on leading and challenging projects. You will share their values of self-discipline, cooperation, collaboration, and integrity. You could be recently chartered Quantity Surveyor or be working towards your APC or seeking to take an experienced route but you will be a capable quantity surveyor able to achieve RICS status.
