They work on some of London’s most significant residential projects, both housing association and private residential, along with education projects, religious buildings, and commercial projects as well. About the Building Surveyor role: They are now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor who has experience working on residential client projects. Other project sectors is an advantage but not essential. The role: Surveys and inspections, feasibility studies, specifications of work, design meetings, employers agent, contract admin, and other building surveying duties Skills needed for the Building Surveyor: ·Essential that you are RICS qualified ·Essential that you have some residential experience ·Essential that you are well presented and client-facing.
