MEP Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager Australia $Neg + Package + Relocation ICDS are currently working with a Tier 1 Construction Consultancy, with interests Globally, to recruit an MEP Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager for a new build Data Centre project in Sydney, Australia. You will be responsible for managing the Mechanical and Electrical cost elements of the project from pre-construction through to final account agreement. -3+ years post graduate experience -Proven Mechancial and Electrical project exposure -Chartered (desirable) -Pre- and post-contract experience -Excellent IT skills -CostX experience (advantageous) -Excellent communications skills -Client facing -BSc essential in a construction related discipline The ideal candidate will be a results driven, self-motivated team player with excellent client relationship skills.
