Commercial Property Surveyor

RICS or MRICS accreditation is important for this role, where you will be working on a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. You will carry out property inspections, taking note of defects, tenant alterations, etc. and ensure all properties are H&S compliant. This job involves regular meeting & reporting for clients, tenants, facilities managers, etc. You will also be responsible for ensuring service charge budgets / reconciliations are maintained in line with KPI's.
