Assistant Buyer * Ordering materials prior to commencement on-site * Recording orders, failed deliveries and call off on spreadsheets * Liaising with management regarding delivery dates and site requirements * Chasing late deliveries * Reconciling invoices * Administration Requirements for applicant: * Good Excel/Microsoft Word experience * Confident * Good phone manner * Looking to grow within the company for long term career * Good organisation skills * 1-2 years construction buying experience necessary, preferably for a contractor not a supplier
