Recently Qualified Architect

A chartered practice based in Huddersfield have an urgent requirement for a Part 3 Architect to join their successful Architectural practice. You will be working alongside driven Architects professionals to design and deliver exceptional projects from planning through to the development. With this role you will be joining a close-knit and friendly team, where you will get the chance to work on projects covering the Residential, Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors. AutoCAD, Adobe and Sketchup knowledge would be essential for the role and Revit proficiency would be highly desirable. To be a Part 3 Architect you must: * Be Part 3 qualified. * Be eligible to work in the UK. * Have 2+ years' experience in practice and a full understanding of the UK building regulations. * Have on-site experience and building control submission experience of the UK system. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe and Sketchup. * Have the initiative to work successfully as an individual but also able to work as a team. * Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Whilst working as a Part 3 Architect you will be: * Liaising with other clients, contractors and other work professionals. * Ensuring that all deadlines are met to a high standard of work. * Working predominantly in key residential, commercial and education sectors. * Responsible for project management
