HVAC Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager - Hertfordshire My client is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to work on multiple new projects in and around London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete project management from producing the project start documentation to close out procedures and handing the project back to the client. For many years, my client has been solely focused on providing a superior design, installation, and maintenance service to clients around the UK. Responsibilities • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Manage the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other senior management. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Qualifications • Experience reading and communicating technical drawings • Require strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Require ability to multitask and prioritize • Require ability to learn quickly, be resourceful and to take the initiative • Require Self-starter with the ability to work independently, yet comfortable to work within a team across multiple projects • Require Excellent oral and written communication skills • Project management experience in the construction industry helpful
