Project Manager Social Housing Refurb & New Build Nottingham - ongoing freelance or temp to perm! Your new company Our client is a Nottinghamshire Housing Association. The have a rare opportunity to work directly for the local authority as they bring their work in-house. They are self delivering their refurbishment streams of work and as such as looking for a senior project manager to lead this work -a candidate with a background working for a social housing contractor. Your new role You will be the senior construction manager, leading many streams of work and reporting to the construction director. Theses streams will include kitchen and bathroom replacements, re roofing, and major refurbishments to high rise accommodation. This will also include New Build programmes. You will be responsible for site managers, project managers and many other direct staff. What you'll need to succeed A strong background working for a social housing contractor Experience in refurbishment essential Experience in new build advantageous You will need to be a proven leader in a senior role.
