Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager required with a background in multi-room schemes to join a well established construction main contractor. The initial project will be a student accommodation scheme in the East Midlands. To be the right fit for the opportunity, you will need to have a proven track record of similar multi-room schemes (Student Accom/ Hotels) with an ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent sub contracting sequencing will be critical.
